How to Check Your Extras

Not sure how much
benefit you have left?

Checking your remaining private health extras takes about two minutes. Here's how to do it before you book.

01
Open your health fund app
Log into your health fund's app or website. Look for "My Benefits", "My Extras", or "Claims and Benefits" in the menu.
02
Find physiotherapy
Locate physiotherapy in your extras list. You'll see your annual limit and the amount you've claimed this year. The difference is your remaining benefit.
03
Check your reset date
This matters. Some funds reset on 1 July, others reset on your policy anniversary date. If yours resets soon and you have benefits remaining — now is the time.
04
Book your appointment
Once you've confirmed your remaining extras and reset date, book your June No Gap appointment via the link below. Limited spots available.
💡
Important: Not all Australian private health fund extras reset at the end of financial year. Some reset on 1 July, some on 1 January, and some on your individual policy anniversary. We recommend checking directly with your fund before booking to confirm your reset date and remaining benefit balance. Rebate amounts vary by fund, policy level, and appointment type.
